"I am so pleased with Jeff Burtis. He went completely out of his way to find me the best coverage for my insurance needs. He found me the most best rate possible. If you are in need of trying to lower your insurance rate I highly recommend him. He will take his time with you and try to help you in any way possible. He found a rate for me that was half of what I was paying for insurance. He is so very thorough. I am from an other state than he is from he took his time to go out of his way for me. I liked the way that he was so very friendly. He did not make feel "hury up and be done with me". I highly recommend him. I am so very pleased with the insurance he found for me. "Wow talk about a mess. The lady who answered the phone clearly should have taken the day off if she was that upset. However to my knowledge I thought I was the customer and she could just put her issues outside of work aside. That was not the case. Found out I have been overpaying due to the car they have on file for me that is not even mine. I own my car outright. The car and VIN they have listed is a leased car and more expensive. I have been questioning why I pay so much given no accidents or tickets in years. I am waiting for a call back and will update once this mess is cleared up. However I will be taking my business elsewhere and will try to recoup what I have overpaid in court. There is more than one insurer out there thank goodness!!!"
