"As a rental property owner I am very disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! We received a request to replace our roof and no further details were provided. After replacing our roof, we received no further directions and then our rental dwelling policy was canceled. My husband was working with Gloria from Jeff's office and after more than a month still no update. We provided them documentation demonstrating the roof replacement and still no coverage after more than a month. Our mortgage company is trying to replace our insurance. Very disappointed with this agent and it's office."

"I am a first time driver in my family and have had the worse luck when it comes to cars. This was my first time to finally just talk to an agent to see what I can do to lower my rate. Progressive was way too greedy and I couldn’t do it after some financial issues has come up (medical that delayed my work ethic). Bryce Markum was an outstanding person! I can say he lowered my rate tremendously! I was truly blown away and taken aback by how much a difference he was able to make. Lastly, he had a phenomenal customer service tone and demeanor, not dry and dull personality. He made it easy and comfortable to talk to as someone who has very bad social skills!!
